Many of the most successful healthcare real estate brokers began their careers in other industries, including sales, pharmaceuticals, hospital administration, medical services, and a wide range of non–real estate backgrounds.

Prior commercial real estate experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you develop deep expertise and operate at the highest level.

A real estate license is required to conduct business in Texas, and we will guide you through the process of obtaining one if you do not already hold a license.
